• All tours should be booked online in advance
• All bookings of the guided tours are debited when booked.
• Upon cancellation up to 21 days before the tour starts, 85% of the rental sum will be refunded.
• Upon cancellation up to 10 days before the tour starts, 50% of the rental sum will be refunded
• Upon cancellation less than 10 days before the tour starts, there will be no refund.
• We advise customers to have cancellation insurance along with their travel insurance

You can change your booking for free up to 10 days before the tour starts.

The tour cannot be changed less than 10 days before your tour starts.

All changes is only possible if we have the number of participants available for other tours.

Hiking is an outdoor activity and have a higher level of risk than most ordinary activities,

and therefore can be potentially dangerous.
